can use a heating device to keep warm, but can not be used as a melting oil furnace.
③ The asphalt tank cannot be filled too full, and the refueling mouth cover must be closed tightly to prevent asphalt overflow during transportation.
When using the burner to heat the asphalt in the tank, the height of the asphalt must exceed the upper plane of the combustion chamber,
otherwise the combustion chamber will be burned out.
⑤ If the asphalt pump and pipeline are blocked by solidified asphalt, the pump can not be forcibly turned, and the blowtorch can be used to bake,
and the ball valve and rubber parts should be avoided directly.
When you start to spray asphalt, start slowly and keep the car at a low speed. Do not step on the accelerator to prevent damage to the clutch,
asphalt pump and other components.After the operation is finished every day, if there is any remaining asphalt,
it must be put back into the asphalt pool, otherwise it will not work next time. If the car or the working device fails,
it is determined that it cannot be repaired in a short time, and all the asphalt in the tank must be drained.
